For orders placed on weekends or federal holidays, processing will be postponed until the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak promotional periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.); please plan ahead accordingly.
II. Delivery Timeframe
From the date of shipment, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and the carrier’s operational status. The above timeframes are estimates and do not include weekends or federal holidays. Actual delivery may be subject to change due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, and carrier operational conditions. We will do our best to coordinate, but we are not liable for compensation for such delays.
III. Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee starting at $4.99 applies to each order; the exact amount is subject to what is displayed on the checkout page. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates based on market conditions and operating costs; orders submitted prior to any adjustments will not be affected.
IV. Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to check the delivery status in real time on the carrier’s official website. If the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not actually received the package, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you in verifying the status with the carrier.
Ⅴ. Notes on Signing for Your Package
Please inspect the outer packaging for damage upon delivery. If you notice any obvious damage, crushing, moisture, or other abnormalities in the packaging, please take photos for record-keeping, refuse the delivery on the spot, and notify us via service@126.com. If the packaging is intact but the product has quality issues, you may contact us to arrange a return or exchange in accordance with the relevant provisions of our Return Policy. If someone else signs for the package on your behalf, it will be deemed as having been signed for by you, and you will bear the corresponding responsibility.
VI. Handling of Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient not being at the specified address, repeated delivery attempts with no one available to sign for the package, or refusal to accept the package, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you via email or phone to confirm the next steps. Any additional shipping and handling fees incurred as a result will be your responsibility. If you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be required to pay the redelivery fee.
VII. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after submitting your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at service@126.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist you in updating the address; if the order has already been handed over to the carrier, we may be unable to change the address information, and any resulting delivery failures and additional fees will be your responsibility.

We shall not be liable for any breach of contract resulting from delivery delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, wars, government actions, or carrier system failures.
